Campaign Goals

The goals of the campaign are:

• Preserve the beachfront properties forever
• Protect the beaches for low impact public access, recreation opportunities, and subsistence use
• Upgrade hiking trails to provide visitors with access to dramatic views and a diversity of natural features
• Restore and protect native plants and animal habitats
• Preserve marine and fresh water quality in the area
• Create a comprehensive management plan for the beaches
• Support the mission to use land sale proceeds to meet critical mental health services in the Alaska
